Director, Partner Enablement
Lead the Growth of NewStore's Partner Ecosystem and Drive Innovation in Retail Solutions
🧑💻 The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our partner enablement program and help grow NewStore's “Partner First” SI (System Integrator) partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our SI partners alongside our local sales teams, ensuring smooth implementations and service delivery, and driving mutual growth and success. Additionally, you will be tasked with defining and building a certification program to enhance partner capabilities and ensure they have the expertise to deliver top-tier solutions with our customers.
🚀 What You'll Do
Identify and cultivate Systems Integrator (SI) partners to support NewStore’s strategic partner-driven onboarding approach, tailored to the specific needs of different regions.
Develop, manage, and expand the SI partner ecosystem at NewStore, ensuring alignment with predefined KPIs for partner performance.
Design and implement a certification program that ensures SI partners are well-trained and capable of delivering NewStore solutions with the highest quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing SI partners, ensuring their objectives are aligned with NewStore’s goals.
Oversee the delivery of services through SI partners, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver excellent service.
Encourage SI partners to take ownership of integration solutions, fostering ongoing client satisfaction.
Collaborate with SI partners to drive business growth and deliver outstanding value to clients.
Provide continuous support and guidance to SI partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to meet client needs effectively.
Serve as a primary liaison between NewStore, SI partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Identify and pursue opportunities for joint marketing initiatives and collaborative selling efforts with SI partners.
Work closely with internal sales & account management teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all engagements.
📚 Your Story
We are looking for a seasoned consultant and leader with extensive experience in change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management and account management, and demonstrate a strategic mindset with a proven ability to enhance and evolve partner models. Significant experience in building and managing partner ecosystems, especially within the technology or retail sectors, is essential. Additionally, expertise in designing and implementing partner certification programs will be highly valued.
Previous experience in the retail industry is advantageous, as is the ability to communicate and build relationships exceptionally well. You should be a strong problem-solver with a proactive approach to managing both partners and clients. Success in this role will require close collaboration with internal and external teams, ensuring effective partnerships and alignment with business goals.
