As a successful Senior Account Executive – Southern Europe, you’re a high-energy, enterprise-level sales professional who thrives on building strategic relationships and closing complex deals. You understand the unique needs of the French retail market and are excited to partner with the most innovative brands to drive digital transformation.
As a market-facing ambassador for NewStore, you’ll embody our values in every interaction. You’re a strong communicator, trusted advisor, and confident negotiator – all while staying humble, curious, and solutions-focused. You’ll work closely with retailers to understand their business challenges and help them reimagine their omnichannel strategy with NewStore.
🚀 What You'll Do
- Drive new business in the French market, from prospecting to close
Build and nurture consultative relationships with decision-makers across the retail enterprise
Lead high-impact sales conversations with C-level executives and technical stakeholders
Identify prospect pain points and clearly articulate how NewStore solves them
Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and champion long-term customer success
Stay ahead of market trends and competitors in the French retail landscape
Represent NewStore at industry events and meetings in France
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues across Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success
Contribute to a winning team culture and celebrate your wins with us
📚 Your Story
You’re an ideal candidate if you:
Have 5–8 years of experience selling SaaS solutions in the retail sector
Have a proven track record of exceeding quota in competitive environments
Are comfortable running complex sales cycles (90+ days) with six-figure ARR
Have a strong network in the French retail and commerce ecosystem
Are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
Can partner with both technical and business stakeholders, including the C-suite
Thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where you take initiative and own your results
Are experienced in sales methodologies like MEDDIC (or similar)
Are motivated by solving real problems and delivering long-term value
Have worked in early-to-mid-stage SaaS environments
