NewStore is seeking a Staff Product Operations Manager to define and champion our outcome-driven product operating model, introducing a data-informed, structured approach that accelerates the delivery of customer and business value.
You will collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, GTM, and Marketing to ensure we operate within a consistent, outcome-based product framework. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role—leading the function through influence rather than direct line management.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Data & Insights
Establish and optimize cross functional processes for capturing product, customer, and commercial data
Ensure insights are integrated into discovery and measurement to guide the roadmap and evaluate impact.
Process Optimization
Define and embed scalable product development processes and core artifacts (e.g., product strategies, roadmaps and launch plans).
Define clear feedback loops from customers and internal teams — and ensure feedback is regularly reviewed, prioritized, and actioned
Coach individuals and teams on best practices and drive adoption, ensuring processes deliver measurable efficiency and clarity.
Continuously refine product ceremonies and deliverables to emphasize effective and efficient value-driven delivery.
Outcome-Driven Portfolio Management
Coordinate the portfolio of strategic bets and initiatives to ensure alignment with and delivery of key business and customer outcomes.
Facilitate how success is defined & measured and ensure its visibility across the portfolio including the use of north star, leading, lagging and guardrail metrics.
Lead key planning and review events (e.g., annual strategy sessions, monthly reviews), identifying risks and opportunities to maximize value delivery.
Capability Management
Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to support making capacity issues visible, manage dependencies, and address resourcing challenges.
Facilitate prioritization decisions to align with strategic goals and business priorities.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Serve as the critical connective tissue between Product, Design, Engineering, GTM, and Marketing.
Facilitate smooth communication and drive product readiness by coordinating cross-functional alignment between the different functions, ensuring all stakeholders are prepared for launches and key initiatives.
Manage RFP triage, escalations, and customer feedback capture in alignment with product strategy.
Tooling Ownership
Own and optimize the product lifecycle toolset (Productboard, Dovetail, Confluence, etc.) to improve efficiency, visibility, and consistency.
Define governance, standards, and training to ensure effective tool adoption.
📚 Your Story
We are seeking an experienced Product Operations professional who thrives in high-growth, outcome-focused environments. You have delivered significant commercial results and are equally comfortable communicating a strategic vision to senior executives as you are coaching product teams.
Required:
8+ years of Product Operations or Product Management experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
Proven track record in designing, implementing, and embedding scalable processes that improve team performance.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to guide decision-making.
High commercial acumen with the ability to develop compelling investment cases.
Excellent facilitation, workshop coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Skilled at coaching individuals and teams to adopt best practices.
Preferred:
Experience in B2B SaaS and/or retail technology.
